Emmanuel Isaac is an investor and operator who has spent his career working across private equity, venture capital and family offices. He has partnered with founders, management teams and capital holders at every stage of the journey — from the first cheque to long-term stewardship of capital across generations.

His background bridges the operating floor and the investment committee. He has built and scaled businesses, evaluated hundreds of opportunities, structured investments, and worked alongside families and institutions to deploy capital with patience and discipline. That dual perspective — operator and investor — shapes how he approaches every partnership.

Across private equity, venture and family office environments, the lesson has been consistent: value is created by people who execute, and preserved by people who think long-term. Raka is built on that belief — backing founders with more than capital, and standing with them through the decisions that define a company.

Today, Emmanuel leads Raka and works closely with founders and capital partners across emerging and frontier markets, with a particular focus on the regions where opportunity and conviction meet.
